Sometimes it's fun to see the translation from paper to fabric. I find that my things are "happier" in fabric than on paper, a change that I'm not usually pleased with but don't seem to be able to control. In this case, I almost picked out her eyes when they turned out to be so borderline "cute" but I hung on until the rest of the features were added and decided I kind of liked her hesitant expression. It will work well with the words.
I'll show you the finished piece in August, so stay tuned!
