Maybe ya ought to do a Small Works piece of Bob and sequined dresses. I'd suggest stuffing those dresses - Big hits on the counter.

A Bob Barker piece is curiously tempting . . . since my work consists of "stuff I make while watching The Price is Right," it's only fitting. Can't believe I hadn't thought of it before. Any other great ideas out there? I could use some.

Hearing the name Kitty Carlisle reminds me of a lot of great game show staples . . . Paul Lynde, Charles Nelson Reilley, Arlene Dahl, Phyllis Diller . . . and what about the Newlywed Game? Or the Dating Game? More stuff for the stewpot -- thanks, VO.
We had a dating game show here in Australia in the 80's called Perfect Match. I loved it.Eleanor must be truly miffed but she seems a gracious lady from what I've read, with a sense of humour.I love this quote from her..."I once had a rose named after me and I was very flattered. But I was not pleased to read the description in the catalogue:no good in a bed, but fine up against a wall." Also Susan, thanks for sharing your trip to Vermont recently - I enjoyed that.
