Tuesday Tale --

Looking in I see

how I came to be here

and a path that leads away

or is it back across a place

already traveled -- roads look alike

faces so familiar who can tell

whether you are peering

at a mirror or perhaps

a silvered map

This poem is a Magpie Tale.
Write a little something about what you see,
and then share it!

Oh, I like the dual idea here: introspection and release.

Love the way it sounds if your reading the last half of the verse against the first half. It really does give a reflection feeling.
BTW, now that I think about it, mirror really do look like silvered maps. Nice!

Wonderful! like the form (shape) as well as the spoken word here.

It's pleasantly mysterious. Adds to the joy of reading.
